A security system is an electronic device. It can malfunction or fail without notifing our central station. Please check your alarm system periodically to avoid the possibility of failure. Each contact point can be checked by placing your system in the chime mode than opening each window. Your keypad will chime indicating it sucessfully acknowledged the contact opening. After checking each device on the system, notify our central station that you are going to set off your alarm. Do this by arming your system than opening an exterior door. Once the siren sounds turn the alarm off than wait for our central station to call you back to confirm the communication was sucessful. If you have any further questions call our office at 688-4698

Lifetime Service Plan

Your state-of-the-art monitored security system is designed to provide years of dependable protection. Sometimes, however, even the best-made electronic products require occasional service or repair. As a Guardian Alarm Systems customer, the Lifetime Service Plan is design to protect you against costly repair bills by providing you with remote diagnostic repairs and reprogramming free of charge or on-site repairs for only $30 per trip.

Coverage and Terms
The Lifetime Service Plan covers all parts and labor (excluding replacement of batteries and alarm screens) under normal operating conditions and due to ordinary wear and tear. You pay only $30 per service trip, regardless of the time required or equipment cost required for the repair.

The Lifetime Service Plan will remain effective as long as you are a Guardian Alarm Systems customer and stay current on your monthly monitoring and service plan fees. The Lifetime Service Plan does not cover repair of this system as a result of damage from lightning, accident or abuse, misuse, or causes other than ordinary wear and tear. Guardian Alarm Systems reserves the right to use new or reconditioned parts at the time of replacement or to retain any parts removed from the system. You pay for all parts and labor for repairs excluded from this plan. Service will be provided during Guardian Alarm Systems’ regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. central time. Service provided at other times and/or for non-covered repairs will be based on Guardian Alarm Systems’ customary labor and material rates.
